Ahmed Al-Rawi opened the scoring in the 25th minute following an excellent attacking follow-up. Al Rayyan maintained their momentum until Brazilian star Roger Guedes doubled the lead in the 36th minute off a decisive pass from Diogo Amaro, sending Al Rayyan into the comfortable two-goal advantage at halftime.
In the second half, Al Rayyan kept up the pressure and swift counter-attacks. Roger Guedes struck again in the 73rd minute, registering his second goal of the night and the team’s third following an assist from Ahmed Al-Rawi, sealing the match and securing all three points.
