Al Rayyan wins table tennis league title without a loss

 

Al Rayyan was crowned the 2023-2024 table tennis league champion after defeating Al Wakrah 3-0. The team won the title without losing a single match.

The ceremony was attended by Eng. Mohammed Al Atwan, the club’s general supervisor. This is Al Rayyan’s first title of the 2023-2024 season.

Al Rayyan’s players in the league were Ahmed Khalil Al Mohannadi, Fahad Al Mohannadi, and Aruna Kodaru.

Abdulhadi Maki, the head of the club’s table tennis department, praised the players for their performance throughout the league. He said that the team was very happy to win the league title after a 13-year absence.

He added: “We dedicate this title to the fans of Al Rayyan, the management, and all the fans of Al Rayyan. We promise you that this title will not be the last, and our goal is to win the Amir Cup.”

Fahad Al Mohannadi, a player for Al Rayyan, expressed his great happiness at winning the league title. He said that Al Rayyan is looking for more titles this season.

Al Mohannadi dedicated the title to HH Sheikh Qaaqaa bin Hamad Al Thani, the club’s chairman, the club’s management, the fans, and the supporters of Al Rayyan.

Al Mohannadi also thanked the club’s management for the great support provided to table tennis this season.

In the same vein, Ahmed Al Mohannadi, a player for Al Rayyan, said that winning his first title with Al Rayyan was an indescribable feeling. He dedicated the title to all the fans and supporters of Al Rayyan.

He added: “This tournament will not be our last this season, as we are aiming to win the Amir Cup and always put Al Rayyan on the podium. This historic club deserves to always be at the forefront.”
