This evening, the General Assembly of Al-Rayyan Sports Club held a meeting to complete the agenda item regarding the election of the club’s administration. During the meeting, His Excellency Sheikh Qaqa’a bin Hamad Al Thani was elected as President of Al-Rayyan Sports Club, Mr. Ali Salem Afifa as Vice President, and Engineer Mohammed Al-Attwan as General Supervisor of the club and Executive Director of Al-Rayyan Football Club Company for the upcoming term.
On the previous Saturday, the club had held its General Assembly meeting, during which the minutes of the previous meeting held on August 7, 2024, were approved. The meeting also included a discussion of the report by His Excellency the Club President on the club’s activities for the concluded year 2024/2025, alongside the activity programs and work plan for the upcoming year 2025/2026. The final accounts for the financial year 2024/2025 were approved, and the proposed budget for the financial year 2025/2026 was ratified. Additionally, the auditor’s report for the financial year 2024/2025 was reviewed, an auditor was appointed for the financial year 2025/2026 with their fees determined, and proposals submitted by the General Assembly members were considered.
