Doha, Qatar – An ordinary general assembly meeting was held yesterday evening in the conference hall of Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium after the quorum was completed, with the attendance of the club’s general assembly members.
Engineer Mohammed Al-Atwan, the club’s general supervisor, was also present at the meeting.
The meeting began with the approval of the previous minutes dated 7/31/2023 and 8/6/2023. Then, the discussion moved to the report of His Excellency the club’s president on the club’s activities in the fiscal year ending 2024/2023, in addition to the activity programs and the work plan for the coming year 2025/2024, and the approval of the final account for the fiscal year 2024/2023, and the approval of the draft budget for the coming fiscal year 2025/2024. The auditor’s report for the fiscal year 2024/2023 was also discussed, and an auditor was appointed for the fiscal year 2025/2024 and his fees were estimated. Then, the proposals submitted by the members of the general assembly were considered.
It was decided that the general assembly meeting would be held next Saturday to complete the item of electing the club’s board of directors.
Engineer Mohammed Al-Atwan confirmed during the general assembly meeting that the goals and results of the club’s long-term strategic plan have begun to be achieved, as evidenced by the results and achievements that the club has achieved at all levels and in all club games, which have witnessed the winning of many championships in various games and at the level of all categories, which confirms the development of the technical level of the club’s games in all categories. The members of the assembly praised the achievements and the need to continue developing programs and improving the quality of all sports fields and activities to ensure sustainable competitiveness at the top of sports levels.
