Rodrigo Moreno and Roger Guedes led Al Rayyan to a 2-0 victory over Al Wakrah. The Spanish striker scored the first goal in the 35th minute, while Roger Guedes added the second in the 80th minute of the match held at Saud bin Abdulrahman Stadium at Al Wakrah Club, concluding the eighth round of the Doha Bank Stars League.
With this result, Al Rayyan’s points tally rose to 13, moving them up to fourth place in the standings, while Al Wakrah dropped to sixth after their points stalled at 11.
