Al Rayyan Football First Team played out a 1-1 draw against Al Duhail in a hard-fought match held at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, as part of Round 3 of the Doha Bank Stars League.
Brazilian forward Roger Guedes opened the scoring early for “The Fierce” in the 9th minute after capitalizing on an attacking opportunity, giving Al Rayyan the lead. However, Al Duhail managed to equalize in the 72nd minute of the second half through Tehseen Jamshid.
With this result, Al Rayyan boosted their points tally to 7, holding 3rd place in the league standings, while Al Duhail moved up to 5 points in 5th place.
