Vicente Moreno, head coach of Al-Rayyan, confirmed the team’s readiness to face Al-Duhail in Round 3 of the Doha Bank Stars League. Speaking at the pre-match press conference, he said: “We are very happy because we want to play another final. But it is true that right now we have to forget the final and focus only on tomorrow’s match. It is very important because we are playing against a very good team, and we need to give our best if we want to win tomorrow. But we are ready, and I have full confidence in my team.”
He added: “I told my players at the start of the season that it was crucial to win the early matches because this league is very short, and it is important to keep winning. Moreno also noted that his team had fewer rest days compared to Al-Duhail, stating: “I trust my players because we have very good, intelligent players, and we are ready for tomorrow.
