Al Rayyan Sports Club has recorded a new historic achievement that reflects its prominent position on the international stage, as the men’s volleyball team secured 9th place worldwide in the annual ranking of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) for the Seniors category, among 8,949 clubs from around the world.
This prestigious ranking comes after an exceptional season that witnessed outstanding performances by “Al Raheeb” in continental and international competitions, including strong showings in Asian tournaments and participation in the Club World Championship, contributing to the accumulation of **130.20 points** in the global ranking.
The 9th position places Al Rayyan among the world’s top 10 clubs, behind giants from Europe, South America, and Asia such as:
