A 2-2 draw marked the end of the match between Al Rayyan and Al Ahli in the eighth round of the Ooredoo Stars League, which was held this evening at Ahmed bin Ali Stadium.
With this result, Al Rayyan’s points tally rose to 10, placing them in eighth position in the league table. Al Ahli’s points increased to 15, securing them the second spot in the Ooredoo Stars League standings.
Al Ahli took the lead in the 4th minute through Seko, before Roger Guedes equalized for Al Rayyan in the 28th minute. In the 37th minute, Eric restored Al Ahli’s lead, only for Roger to score another equalizer in the 65th minute.
