Al Rayyan FC suffered a 1-3 defeat at the hands of Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal in a match that kicked off both teams’ campaigns in the AFC Champions League Elite. The match took place this evening at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium.
Al Hilal took the lead in the 15th minute through Savić, followed by goals from Cancelo in the 42nd minute and Salem Al Dawsari in the 44th. Roger Guedes pulled one back for Al Rayyan in the 47th minute.
